Vandaag is de nieuwe ratinglijst van de KNSB verschenen (zie hieronder) maar helaas er is een forse correctie op toegepast.
Bij alle spelers met een rating < 2100 zijn 100 punten in mindering gebracht als gevolg van het terugdraaien van de rating compensatie door de KNSB van maart 2024 voor iedereen met een rating < 2000. Deze eenmalige compensatie bleek in de jaren daarna op grote bezwaren te stuiten, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Hierdoor is besloten in de nieuwste lijst een correctie door te voeren bij alle spelers met een KNSB rating < 2100.
Wij kunnen ons voorstellen dat deze onverwachte en niet-aangekondigde beslissing tegen het zere been is van veel van onze leden. Wij verzoeken dan ook iedereen die hier bezwaar tegen wil aantekenen vandaag een mail te sturen naar lucien@delftseschaakclub.nl Wij verzamelen vervolgens alle reacties en hopen hiermee dat het besluit van de bond z.s.m. wordt teruggedraaid. New KNSB rating list published with unexpected correction
Today the new rating list of the KNSB has been published (see below) but unfortunately a major correction has been applied.
All players with a rating < 2100 have had 100 points deducted as a result of the reversal of the rating compensation by the KNSB of March 2024 for anyone with a rating < 2000. This one-off compensation turned out to meet with major objections in the years that followed, both nationally and internationally. As a result, it has been decided to make a correction in the latest list for all players with a KNSB rating < 2100.
We can imagine that this unexpected and unannounced decision is against the sore leg of many of our members.
